I feel very fortunate that Mark was our loan officer. Not only was he professional but was patient and courteous with my wife and I as we gathered all the information that was necessary, guiding us step-by step through the process. He was very personal, as if we were talking to a friend.

I've never had a mortgage go SO smooth, thanks to Moose. Everything from the first call with him through the closing went just as he said it would. When anything came up, he was already on it before I noticed. I would refer anyone to him.
