I had no trouble getting in touch with Dustin when needed regarding my loan/loan processes. He clearly explained to me where they were in the process and who I needed to contact if I had questions during any of the mortgage loan stages. I was even told who to contact when he was OOO, which I was quite impressed with. I definitely recommend working with Dustin!
