I used the money to get most of the renovations done and then wanted to refinance that would take into account the renovations, so that I could finish the job. Andrew again was unbelievable in helping through the process and making sure I was getting the best situation/deal that I could.
I did shop other mortgage companies. all were about the same. a reason I decided to go with Rocket Mortgage was Andrew. he seemed the most upfront and helpful of all the folks I talked to .
