I would like to commend Cass Strzynski for his outstanding service to my wife and I during the re-fiance of our home. I have never experienced such an efficient process as has been provided by Cass and his team: David Franklin, Todd Brady and Frank Biondi. They were all excellent.
Cass has overseen this transaction from the word go resulting in a very fast closure. We sign the papers on Monday the 21st. We started this on November 1st.
Cass has constantly followed up with us to ask if we were OK with everything and if we had any questions. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention Cass gave to us showing that he was on top of our re-finance process.
I am very glad that I was able to find such a knowledgeable person such as Cass. He is very, very customer driven. He makes sure that all the information is there for you and always available - at any time- to talk with you by phone. I cannot say enough as to how impressed we are with Cass.
Lastly I would say to Rocket Mortgage that you are indeed very fortunate to have such a person as Cass in your organization. You may rest assured that I will recommend anyone looking for a loan or refinance. I will direct them to Cass and highly recommend the process established by Rocket Mortgage.

To be truthful, I wasn't looking for a re-finance. I received a very solid offer through Rocket Mortgage and decided to look into it. Mack was very proffesional and the communication was great. There was even communication on the weekend, I bet you don't get that with Chase or B of A. I fully recomend Mack and Rocket Mortgage for anythin to deal with in Home Finance.
