Charlene was amazing. She provided accurate numbers up front. She provided prompt and accurate answers to my questions. She followed up with me regularly to let me know where I was in the process and to see if I had any additional questions. Best mortgage experience by far!

Bryan did an excellent job! It started with my inquiring on behalf of a friend looking to refinance. He contacted me back since i already had a mortgage with Rocket Mortgage to offer a refi that cut our mortgage from 30 years to 20 years for the same monthly payment. The process was extremely quick and painless. This is our 3d mortgage with Rocket Mortgage and highly recommend them to anyone!
