Although I did not expect a response at such times, if I emailed a question late at night or on a weekend, Chris would promptly respond. Somehow, every time I spoke with Chris, I felt as if our mortgage was his top priority. When we ran into problems with the sale of our existing home, Chris quickly found a solution.
