Ryan was amazing ! He spoke to me for very few minutes and we had the refinance approved and the process in motion. It was so easy and I was truly "amazed" !

Erin was fine to work with.
The way the Rocket Mortgage system works is flawed in the fact that you build a relationship with the first contact and then are thrown around from person to person. I understand the point, but it was kind of messy. Not her fault.

Ken was great to work with. He made me feel at ease with the whole process. He walked me through all the steps and was quick to respond to any questions that I had. The online system used by Rocket Mortgage also made the process simple and I was able to access all the paperwork easily. I highly recommend Ken and the rest of the Rocket Mortgage team

From the time Sam reached out and offered us a better mortgage he was very informed and able to answer my questions. He stayed with us till the end. Never made us feel rushed in making a decision or that he was too busy to talk.

Great working with you Sam

Working with Sean and his amazing team at Rocket Mortgage was an absolute pleasure. The entire loan process was traversed with Sean as my guide. He helped make every step very comfortable by explaining them and answering all my questions with patience and a skillful knowledge of the loan. I would recommend Sean to anyone that is beginning their journey to homeownership.
