by phone or email whenever I had a question or problem. When I had difficulty uploading

Awesome. Very easy and quick. The agents where very helpful. They always responded within a couple of hours if not faster. Would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Tracey was great from beginning to end. Knowledgeable, thoughtful, clear and specific. The Rocket Mortgage team as a whole had a few bumps, but Tracey was there through it all and was able to deliver on all promises. Great person to work with and awesome mortgage company.

Collin was amazing throughout my refinance. He was not intimidating and easy to work with as well as focused. I don't know that I could have had such an easy experience with anyone else.
Lori Richardson

Meghan and team were a blessing to deal with through our mortgage process, (and the lawyers said so too!). Hopefully we won't be needing their services again any time soon, but when we do rest assured she will be our first call! Meghan and team made this process so much easier than we thought it would be!! I wholeheartedly recommend her!!
