Shawn was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable! He continually walked us through the steps and was cheerful every step of the way. He saved us an unbelievable amount of money when he drastically lowered our old mortgage rate. He inspires confidence and is one of the most pleasant people I've ever worked with. Thank you, Shawn, for all your help and hard work!!

Alan made the process easy to follow and understand. He was easy to talk to, get questions answered and made the experience simple. I thought it would be easier to go into a bank, but this was way better. Alan's superior customer service will have me sharing my experience with others.

I feel Jose did an outstanding job for me. In a time when so many companies treat customers with a complete lack of respect, Rocket Mortgage should be very proud to have an employee of such high caliber.

I started working with Sam a few months ago and she was very helpful with all of the information she was able to teach me. She helped me grow in my career in just that little time we spent together. I'm very grateful to be able to be part of her coaching. With all of the guidance and knowledge, she is huge asset here to the company!
