I really enjoyed working with Jimmy. I felt like I was talking to someone who cared about the outcome He was very respectful and interested in my personal circumstances, reflections, comments, etc. I have talked to plenty of people on the phone, and the responses were too often just words.
I don't think jimmy and I are going out for coffee but I feel like he is being honest with me.

This was our first home buying experience and it makes us feel as though we will never want to use anyone but Jon for anything like this in the future. Was apprehensive as to how much personal interaction we would have when using a program like Rocket Mortgage- but we have been in constant contact with Jon since our initial application- and he has been invaluable to helping us feel comfortable, and helping us find and secure our first home!!!!

Will recommend to all my friends and family. Jon is the type of person who gives Rocket Mortgage the excellent reputation it has. You would be lucky if all employees @ Rocket Mortgage were this way!!!
