JD has been very professional and caring from the first phone call and through the whole process of refinancing. He or his staff have kept us up to date along the way to make sure the process runs as smoothly as possible.

He broke it down very professional and courteously to where we could understand the fine print and savings. He gave us an estimate and wound up getting us out of a FHA loan and going conventional with the equity in our home. He not only matched the estimate he originally gave but came out even better at the end. We will highly recommend David for friends and family. We will also be using him for future purchases. Bottom line is, he did what he said, he got us into a shorter term loan without any additional out of pocket monthly, which will save is thousands throughout the life of the loan. Thank you David, from our family to yours!Read MoreRead Less

This was the easiest process to do our refinance. The system allows you to upload documents and allows you to speak with someone or leave messages. I do not have a lot of free time and this company made the difference to me. I will use them against and again. They have adapted to the psperless world and made my life easier.
