Joe was my first point of contact upon beginning my re-fi process. He was very knowledgeable, professional, kept things simple and moving along. At the end of my first call with him, he had all of "the numbers" for me that remained very accurate all of the way to closing. Very impressive. Highly recommended.

She made it absolutely painless to refinance and get a much lower rate. I am very busy at my job right now and was not sure that I could handle a refi right now. She made is so easy and I felt 'no stress' while providing her with all that she needed to make this happen. She was terrific!
