What can I say? Never had a home loan reach fruition so quickly. Every step went smoothly. The internet updates and information requests went very well. We had almost daily updates and assurances many by direct phone calls. Mallory and the Rocket Mortgage team, I highly recommend. The final closing was at our home at our convenience. Amazingly quick.......REALLY!

I contacted Frank back in March to get prequalified to purchase a home in Florida. My home in NJ sold in May but it took five months to close because of the buyer's mortgage company. Frank was very supportive during that stressful time. He was great to work with during the application process and responded quickly to my inquiries. I am now a happy and proud owner of my home in sunny Florida. I ...I contacted Frank back in March to get prequalified to purchase a home in Florida. I was referred by my friends who did a refi of their house. They gave Brian rave reviews - just as I am doing here. He was super nice, extremely helpful, and knows how to best help his customers. I am thrilled with Brian and Rocket Mortgage.

Jason did a great job for me on my re-finance. He was patient, explained things well, and made the process as painless as possible. He made sure that I was always "in the loop" during the process, and if I had questions, he always got back to me promptly. Thanks, Jason - great job!
