Much to my surprise, Maher (Mike) from Rocket Mortgage called me the next morning, I wasn't expecting a call on a Sunday. He was extremely friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. During the entire refinance process, Mike was very attentive and followed up with me to keep me updated on the status, advise me of the next step, and to check in to see if I had an questions or concerns. I was not on hold for a long period of time waiting for the transfer, Bill stayed on the line with me until I was connected with scott, who also was very patient and listened. Although Rocket Mortgage was not the right fit for what I needed both Bill and Scott not only educated me but guided in the right direction. If it had not been for them I would have spent hours of frustration trying to get things figured out. Both Bill and Scott were very knowledgable and as said above helped me out greatly.
