From the minute I talked to Paul Sarrach at Rocket Mortgage, I knew we were in good hands. He patiently walked me through the refinance process and made sure I understood and was comfortable with every step. I was very wary of using an online Company to do our Refinance through as I'm old school and always feel comfortable with a person in front of me, but I had full confidence with Paul and the amazing Rocket Mortgage Team, that I was with the right people to get the job done. The Customer service is exceptional, all my questions were given a quick response, everything could not have been more easy and stress free. I would highly recommend Paul Sarrach, to anyone looking for a new loan or to Refinance there current loan. Read MoreRead Less

I must say that working with Frank and Rocket Mortgage has been a wonderful experience for me.
Frank prequalified me on the first day and I was ecstatic! From that point on it has been smooth sailing the whole way through. I had all of my documents prepared ahead of time, for the most part. So uploading them onto my Rocket Mortgage portal was very simple.

Frank is very sharp, very patient, extremely knowledgeable and has been a dream to work with.
My prior experience working with WF bank was a nightmare on two different occasions.
I'm sharing Frank's info with my friends and family in the event they want to buy a home, to work with Frank and Rocket Mortgage. Read MoreRead Less

Excellent experience! Chad was thorough, ansered my questions and kept the process moving along. I was a late investor in my retuirement and my home was a big part of that. Moe Al-Kaaki is one of the best people I have work with, when buying a house. He explained every step and what to expect next. He kept in communication with me both by phone and email.

Dustin was recommended to us by a friend and we were thrilled with our experience. Dustin's communication was excellent, both by phone and by email. He worked quickly, yet still was patient and thorough in walking us through the process of getting our first mortgage. Most important, he left no stone unturned in order to get us the mortgage that best fit our needs. Thank you, Dustin!!

Darren was easy to work with. He answered all my questions in a professional straight forward manner, which I appreciate as my time is very valuable to me. Being able to do everything online and upload all of the required documents instead of faxing also made the process efficient and saved a lot of time.
