Michael has great customer service skills. He was extremely helpful to me during my refi process . I would get discouraged with some of the technical stuff, but he was patient and walked me through much of the computer stuff I had to deal with. My experience with Kyle started two years ago with an unsolicited phone call from him regarding our existing mortgage. My wife and I were a little hesitant but Kyle's easy manner and obvious technical knowledge put us at ease. That refinance was quick and easy and very accurate.
