As in our initial experience, from Cass, to the loan process Team, to the closing team everyone is trustworthy, friendly and very competent. The people handling the paperwork for the closers did not know qwhat they were doing and I feel they showed up for work only to collect there checks. The time it took to close was because of their incompetence with no condsideration for the the customer.
