In addition to Matt, I would also like to recognize the entire Rocket Mortgage team for their level of service. Thank you very much.

Lucas did such a great job with my refinance, I have already referred him to a co-worker. He is very knowledgeable and makes the process easy...

Lucas was wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable. I know refinancing can be stressful, but working with Lucas was just the opposite. He guided me through every step and I knew if I had any questions he was easy to get in contact with. I have already referred one of my co-workers to Lucas and will continue to do so....

Good evening Joshua, hope all is well.
I had a great relationship with Joshua in processing my loan.
Everything was done and finalized on the computer. (first for me) He made me fill at ease and walk me right through it.
He has a lot of patience.
I'd highly recommend Rocket Mortgage
Loans.

I had heard Rocket Mortgage ads and considered them as I needed to refinance a condo we own. Aaron contacted me and I was confident from the get-go that I had the right place and the right person! Its been a long time since I needed a mortgage, Rocket Mortgage has it down to a science! Thank you Aaron... Read MoreRead Less

Nichole thank you so much for your first class treatment during this process.

Wonderful to work with. Calming presence during entire process. I would email questions and he'd call promptly to answer. My family and friends were skeptical about the online process, but they are believers now. Brian is very intuitive and asks the right questions in order to provide the best loan for your needs. He doesn't apply a one size fits all approach. Thanks Brian!

Although I did not refinance with Rocket Mortgage, I was very pleased with the information Scott provided. It's rare to find that someone who realizes they won't profit for the time they invested in you and yet still give you 100%. Scott must really enjoy what he does. Not only is he knowledgeable, but also patient and courteous. He treated me like family and recommended what was he honestly thought was best for me. I am one of the most difficult people I know to work with because I have high expectations and lots of questions. Scott surprised me. I cannot think of any advantage he had for showing me the support he did. He has that inner drive and passion only few possess. All the best to him. He deserves it!Read MoreRead Less
