Our bank was using Rocket Mortgage and the mortgage specialist never seemed to be available. Told my husband that I my as well just call Rocket Mortgage myself. I did and Frank was awesome! I'm a Realtor and was working on our behalf. Frank made the process so easy and Rocket Mortgage made it super quick!
