It was a true pleasure working with Mr. Grant and his team. He provided a written document to me that laid out the terms of the loan (proposed) and was always available and willing to answer any question, big or small. I was unable to get this from any other mortgage company, including the one I was already with! The follow up from him and his team has been unparalleled. I was great working with Meghan. The entire process was easy and we completed everything online. I first contacted Rocket Mortgage 10 months before I bought my property. Meghan quickly helped me get a pre-approval letter, so I could go home shopping in early spring. I eventually decided not to purchase a home in the spring. I eventually decided not to purchase a home in the spring. Late summer, I was once again looking at homes and found something that I liked. A quick email to Meghan started the process right where we left off in the spring. She was able to guide me through the whole process and I just closed on the property last Friday without any delays or issues. I highly recommend Meghan and Rocket Mortgage to all my friends. Thanks, Meghan.Read MoreRead Less

I was amazed at how fast our refinance happened. I rarely had to ask a question because Brock let me know anytime there was a change. The times I did call to ask a question he usually returned the call within minutes. If it wouldn't have been for Brock, I might have gone elsewhere.

Very pleasant. Did not feel rushed, which is a first, when we have inquired or went through a loan process. So far, in our 40 years of buying or selling, this has been the BEST experience!!
