He deftly walked us through the pre-approval process, answered all the questions we had in a polite, professional and easy to understand manner. He even offered several different ideas and suggestions that we had not considered. At no time during our conversation did it feel like Scott was there only to push a loan, it felt like we were having a conversation with a friend.
