I got a loan from Rocket Mortgage to purchase a house this month. I have to say that working with Tim Rice was a pleasure. He is professional, courteous, and exemplary in working with his clients. There was no problem communicating with Tim. Any questions I had were answered right away. He checked in on me during the whole process. It was a great experience with Rocket Mortgage and Tim Rice.

I will have to say that I will use her if I ever need to buy another property and my friends and family will be referred to her. I also would like to say that Rocket Mortgage process with their online system is top notch and you are able to communicate with someone at your convenience. They have figured out how to make things very simplistic, which is needed in today's age of technology where many banks fail in that regard. Rocket Mortgage's processors where very efficient and they got all the required documents in the time alloted. Thank you Kristen and Rocket Mortgage.Read MoreRead Less
