We switched our refinancing to Rocket Mortgage after a poor experience with a different company. Evan was very helpful through the entire refinancing process. He quickly answered questions, both on the phone and via email, was very transparent about what Rocket Mortgage could do for us. We were very happy with the entire process and so happy we switched.

From start to finish I received all the correct information and the execution was impeccable. Chris gives just enough support throughout the process that makes it easy to recommend someone like him. Rocket Mortgage was the right company to call and I do hope all the sales people there conduct themselves Like Chris Nellis. I thank you for the great rate, great service and such an easy closing with the notary coming to my home and it looks just minutes. Then to top it off I didn't just some huge pile of papers, The shipped me a bonded portfolio of the mortgage papers, quite a sharp operation. Do not hesitate, call Chris and just let him do his work..... Dean SchwartzRead MoreRead Less

Todd did everything he was supposed to do and we got out reverse mortgage. My only complaint is that he was optimistic in his evaluation of the value of our home which necessitated paying some up-front money to get everything done. It wasn't so much that it broke the deal but wasn't what we were expecting.

During the entire process of our getting a reverse mortgage, Jim was professional, caring, answered every question we had, and made it as easy and painless as possible. He talked us through the entire process and didn't get frustrated with us and our many questions. We are grateful for him and the way he treated us.

I had a very bad experience, tried to refinance for a couple of years, Mike made it easy for us, and we are so glad to have finally finished. Thanks Mike for making it so much easier this time than in the past.

My experience with Rocket Mortgage for the refinancing of my mortgage was such an easy and quick process. Jill in particular made me feel at ease and significantly lessened the stress that goes along with financing. I recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking to finance or refinance and encourage them to seek out Jill to assist in their process.

I refinance and bought a new home and the only person on my mind to call was Jill, If I need to refinance or buy a different home I would call her in a hearth bit. Thank you Jill for everything you done for my family and me.
