I was hesitant to go with a big name lender that does a lot of advertising, but this ended up working out great. All was done over the internet/email, few phone calls and pretty much done. I just refinanced my home and consolidated credit card debt with Rocket Mortgage and used the VA. It has been one great experience dealing with Tim Koening and Anna Storey and other Rocket Mortgage team members. The process was seamless closed in about 45 days I close Monday October 31st.
