First want to mention that I rarely write surveys, but this was a must. Have bad to refinance more times than I care to admit and had literally dreaded the thought of yet another. Frank was a complete shock for me, I met him on the phone this morning and we discussed my current situation. By the end of the day, he stayed on top of it until he had completed all of the necessary paperwork; helped me upload documents and got me and my family headed in the right direction again.
