We have worked with Chris and Rocket Mortgage before. He was terrific on our HELOC. When I needed to refi my first, I went back to Chris. Again, he was terrific! Professional, efficient, helpful. All one could ask of a person in his job. I will go back to him again for any real estate loans you will handle. Thank you!

Shane helped make my experience with Rocket Mortgage even better than I expected. He was very thorough and quick with all his responses, and helped make everything easy and streamlined. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage, and more specifically Shane, to my friends and family if they were in the market for a mortgage.

WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. IF YOU HAD A QUESTION AND CALLED OR E-MAILED HIM HE GOT RIGHT BACK TO YOU. HE WAS EASIER THAN WORKING WITH MY LOCAL BANK. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND IF YOU ASKED A QUESTION AND HE DID NOT HAVE THE ANSWER (WHICH MOST OF THE TIME HE DID) HE WOULD GET THE ANSWER AND GET RIGHT BACK TO YOU. HE IS AN ASSERT TO Rocket Mortgage LOANS TEAM
