I started by sending a chat request through the Rocket Mortgage website, just inquiring about refinancing, and Jeremy responded to my chat. Within an hour we had the loan docs completed! He walked me through the process over the phone as I uploaded supporting documents into the website. I couldn't believe we got it done in one phone call.

Sean is very professional and knowledgeable about the process from beginning to end including the steps taken to ensure we were getting the financial solution to accomplish our goals. He was able to directly answer any and all questions we had with a quick call back if he was unavailable at the time I called.

Liz was extremely helpful throughout this refinance process. She is a very knowledgeable and very approachable person. Since the restructuring of the banks, the lending process has become quite convoluted. Liz was always available to answer any and all questions. She also caught my mishaps and appropriately motivated me when I procrastinated.
