The people handling the paperwork for the closers did not know qwhat they were doing and I feel they showed up for work only to collect there checks. The time it took to close was because of their incompetence with no condsideration for the the customer.

Cory was FANTASTIC! He made the whole process so easy for me and explained things so that I could understand what was going on during the application and loan approval.
