Paul was good to work with, but Rocket Mortgage is no different than any other lending companies and they all are difficult to deal with since the housing bubble. I have paid off 7 mortgages in my life time
and this current refinance adventure was frustrating. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, you have to deal with multiple people asking for the same information, the timeline to closing was not shared, conference calls with credit agencies that did not need to happen, duplicate house appraises, and this is not the fault of Paul, but his company.Read More Read Less
