Plus, the ability to do most of the process electronically was priceless versus having to locate paperwork mail documents back and...I had heard Rocket Mortgage ads and considered them as I needed to refinance a condo we own. Wonderful to work with. Calming presence during entire process. I would email questions and he'd call promptly to answer. My family and friends were skeptical about the online process, but they are believers now. Brian is very intuitive and asks the right questions in order to provide the best loan for your needs.
