Shane is a great banker coach and all around guy! Super helpful from the business/coaching side of things. Also makes sure that everything else outside of banking is going well too. I actually wish there was another star to give Olivia...This entire experience with Rocket Mortgage has been amazing...We actually refinanced our home less than 30 days...We started this refinance knowing our vacation had already been planned...When closing time came, Rocket Mortgage set it up so that we could close our refinance while we were on vacation!!!!
