Any time I called for advice or questions she either answered or returned my call promptly. Ms Tribu was extremely professional and always had the right answer for me. I couldn't be happier with Rocket Mortgage and Ms Jennifer Tribu throughout this process. This was by far the easiest home loan we have applied for (we have purchased four), I believe mostly in part to Ms Tribu's input. Jennifer did everything she could to ensure lower payments which sure made me happy. I will definitely use Rocket Mortgage and hopefully Jennifer Tribu again should we be in the market for another home. Thank you so much.Read MoreRead Less
