I honestly cannot say enough good things about Chris. He will tell you how much he wants to help you, but then he actually takes the next step and walks the walk too. He will tell you how much he wants to help you, but then he actually takes the next step and walks the walk too. This was my first home buying experience and he was there taking all my calls and answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything. He was even taking my calls after hours and on Saturday too as the offer on the house was being negotiated because we needed answers from him fast as interest in the property was high. He was there when we needed him and actively worked to get us the best possible deal. He's a man of his word and a man with heart too, and when you're facing the monumental task of purchasing your first home, that's the type of man you want on your team.Read MoreRead Less

It is my pleasure to share the experience I have had with Stephanie Cardaris. Where do I begin? I absolutely love this gem of a lady. This was my 3rd home purchase. This was my 3rd home purchase. With all of the new Federal and State regulation changes, it can now be quite a process to buy a home now. But, I truly thank God to have fallen into good hands with Stephanie. She was like my guardian angel! She was extremely patient with me (as I can be quite the worrier). She made sure I had answers to every question that I had. She had every detail covered. Stephanie had in depth knowledge of my states laws, regulations and requirements. Stephanie has proven her expertise to me. She impressed me with her warmth, wisdom, and kindness online, and over the phone. Stephanie has built a strong relationship with me throughout my home buying process. She is confident, committed, and very dedicated to her job. I truly bought the home of my dreams, in my dream neighborhood, and in my dream school district. Stephanie made it happen for me. She can make it happen for you too.
