My wife and I are first time home buyers. We found a beautiful condo for sale and wanted to make an offer. However, in order to do that we needed to get pre-qualified for a mortgage loan. Initially, I spent most of my weekend trying to get in contact with a mortgage broker for assistance but no one returned my call. At first, I was very hesitant of doing business with someone online. However, I took a chance and it was the best decision I ever made. I came in contact with Matt from Rocket Mortgage and within 30 minutes of filling out my application, he gave me a call. Not only did he make time to call me over the weekend, but he also answered any questions that I had as well as walked me through each step needed in order to get pre-qualified. At the end of our conversation, I was very impressed with his knowledge, patience and most importantly his professionalism. I would recommend Matt to anyone who is looking to buy a home! My entire situation was crazy from having to "rush" buy a house, my unusual work/ income history....and more. I seriously would have lost my mind if it weren't for Greg! He just took the timeto really help me, explained things not once but multiple times because God forbid I retain information in my Noggin, and was always there to take my crazy phone calls.

Dominic is legitimate. Finding a lender you TRUST is the first step. Then as you fight off people suggesting this lender and that lender you realize it's about relationships as well.
