I started this venture applying for a mortgage with 4 providers. Initially I was discouraged because my hopes to purchase a home felt out of reach. I soon started to realize that Christopher was the only loan expert that was proactively and consistently reaching out to me, where the other 3 were not. At first, I wasn't so confident I could meet the budget numbers that I worked up to assure I wouldn't overextend myself. I came close to giving up. The more I expressed my target numbers the more Christopher went to work. To be candid it took a couple of rounds of effort on Christopher's part, yet he found the way. Along the way he listened and most importantly he cared. Still loan shopping Christopher was the only expert reaching out to me and working diligently to win my business. I saw him creatively working with his team and leadership until the numbers met my budget. Once completed Christopher worked closely with me walking me through the approval process and again assuring me, he has my interests as his priority. During this time by the way I just started a new job which required a move to a new state, and I was going through a lot. My interactions with Christopher were always a pleasure and professional. We did however find a little time to share a few laughs along the way. I closed on my beautiful home 2 days ago and couldn't be more pleased. I don't know how to express my thanks to Christopher other than to say, "THANK YOU for a job well done, my friend." Elijah worked his tail off for us. I fired our previous lender and came to Elijah with less than two weeks to close. Elijah had me conditionally approved for a loan within 2 days (most lenders take at least 2 weeks to do that) and had it not been for our Condo HOA refusing to answer a federally required question for lender approval, we would have closed on time. That said, we closed 3 days late, ...Elijah worked his tail off for us. I fired our previous lender and came to Elijah with less than two weeks to close. That said, we closed 3 days late, with no negative impact to us, or the sellers.

But this man’s hustle is unmatched. I nagged him daily with texts/calls, and he was incredibly patient and he worked 18 hour days.
