I have heard numerous nightmare stories of the home buying process, but I can't relate after using Brad. The whole process was fast and efficient. Donnie was a joy to work with. He explained everything very clearly so I easily understood the process and was very understanding and helpful when I had any questions. From the get-go, I knew I was in very good hands. Tom went above and beyond in making sure I was set up with the best possible loan so that my own goals could be achieved. He is very supportive, positive, and diligent - he told me exactly what I needed to do, and all with a great sense of humor as well. Fast forward to yesterday when I was at the closing table and was asked how my experience was - I would have not ever asked for a better first experience with buying a home, and it is all thanks to Tom! Donnie was of great help in getting my loan thru. Anytime I ran into a problem with the other associates I could call on Donnie and it would be explained in details I could understand.
