My wife and I have refinanced a few times in our current home. My last was with a broker where my current mortgage was with Rocket Mortgage. Keeping a close watch on mortgage rates drop to an all time historic low, I contacted Rocket Mortgage to inquire about a reduced rate, and reduced term Refinance loan. Cass is extremely organized, and always available, Cass called, emailed and made certain I had all the information I needed for a smooth Refinance Like no other I had before. Once his checklist list was completed I was introduced to Kristin as his close team member, but Cass explained any questions could also come to him as well.
