Alan has been a God send to me. I had tried this before but was made to believe that I was to old. Alan was so good to keep me focused, and not to give up. This process required a lot from me but it was so worth it. Alan's team was also good at what they were required to do. Alan is the greatest and I would recommend him to anyone. He was very respectful while we made the decision about refinancing, and did not pressure us at all . He guided me throught the on-line refinancing application process, and answered all of my questions. Robert is professional, knowlegable, and has a very calmed and honest way about himself. I highly recommend him and he has helped us tremendesly to create a better financial future for our family.
