Joe did an excellent job in communicating with us. He was upfront and very knowledgeable. There were absolutely no surprises. This was the smoothest refinance I have ever experienced, from loan application to closing. We owe it all to Joe. I will certainly recommend him to my friends.

The process of our recent refinance could not have gone any better. AS expected all items were taken care of properly and in a timely manner. We were also always kept up to date with what next step was to come or next documents were needed. Thank you so much for helping us in this recent adventure to paying off our home.
