Josh did a great job of explaining the mortgage process, keeping me informed, and making sure that everything was on-track to meet an aggressive closing date. I definitely recommend working with Josh.

Daniel called me about a week ago, seemingly out of the blue on behalf of Rocket Mortgage to talk about my current loan, and an opportunity to refinance the loan at a lower interest rate. After a few phone calls back and forth, we settled on a loan that would cut years of the time that it would take to pay off, and dropped the rate fantastically, saving me quite a lot of money in the long run. After a few phone calls back and forth, we settled on a loan that would cut years of the time that it would take to pay off, and dropped the rate fantastically, saving me quite a lot of money in the long run. As others have stated, from the moment he began speaking on the phone, Daniel made it clear that he had my best interests in heart. He walked me though all the options, and explained what the mortgage company could and couldn't do. At no time did I feel pressured or forced - just very well informed.

I cannot say enough nice about Daniel, (or anyone at Rocket Mortgage for that matter, they've all been fantastic) - and I would definenetly recommened him to others in a heartbeat.Read MoreRead Less

This is a review of my experience with John Taft applying for a Rocket Mortgage refinance mortgage.

John was very helpful in the experience. He explained the process, answered all our questions, and helped walk us through the application process.

He was great at getting us to “pull the trigger” and make it happen. I want to thank John for his assistance. So, “Thanks John”.
