I called Rocket Mortgage just to check rates, and was connected to Cass. He was very friendly, enthusiastic, and extremely knowledgeable about the various options for me and my specific situation. It was evident that he really knows his stuff and that he cares about his clients. I'll make this quick and simple: Thomas was awesome to work with! He:

1. notified my fiance and I right away when anything was needed from us.
2. was able to quickly set up a power of attorney when I wasn't able to be at the closing of my new house.
3. always answers or responds within the hour when called or e-mailed.

Would I choose to work with him again? Heck yes!
