alan was very knowledgeable and gave me the information i needed to make an jnformed decision.i was looking at refinancing my mortgage to move from fha to a conventional so i could get rid of the pmi i was paying every month,the whole process went great and alan checked in to make sure it was taken care of and i was happy. would highly recommend working with him.
