I felt like she was prepared to take me through the whole process from beginning to end. She worked with us to find the best option and put together a program that accomplished my goals and got the loan closed quickly. I felt that she set the right expectations upfront so that we weren't getting documents throughout the whole process which made for an enjoyable experience and one that we were confident would reach the outcome. I would recommend Martha to others that I know are looking to refinance or just make sure they are in the best position in their mortgage through a mortgage review with her. Thank you Martha. My refinance with Rocket Mortgage was quick and easy thanks to Kyle. He gave me a few options and discussed the benefits of each one. Once I made my decision, Kyle started everything moving. Everything was fast and he always called to make sure that understood everything. We closed in less than 30 days. Thanks Kyle.

I couldn't be happier with both Aaron and the whole Rocket Mortgage process. I'll be honest, when he called to discuss a refinance, it was the furthest thing from my mind. Aaron quickly presented me with several very attractive options - attractive enough to make my decision to refinance that very day! Thanks so much!
