I got several email messages from Peter but never spoke with him after the loan went to underwriting. The process of getting my loan and closing was both long and confusing. I stayed with Rocket Mortgage thinking it would take longer to start over with a new lender. That was a mistake. I received several updates to my closing costs but when we got to the point of closing after 3 months, My closing costs were changed and the addendums to the purchase agreement were lost or ignored. Mack worked tirelessly on my loan and made sure I locked in the best rate and closed on time. He and his team were so quick the seller couldn't keep up. Aside from that, he also helped me after the loan when i had follow up questions. I would recommend Mack to anyone looking to get a home loan quickly and painlessly.

I wasn't sure I wanted to go to all the effort of refinancing, but Mario found us a killer interest rate, and then when our appraisal was higher than we thought, he found us an even better deal. Every time we had a concern or wanted to see what we could do differently, he was right on top of it.
