Fantastic to work with. Very honest with what to expect, Chad never mislead me. Very quick to follow up and stayed on top of communication when I did not. Chad is the reason why I will recommend Rocket Mortgage to others. He was very much part of the home buying process, not just another lender.

Throughout the loan process he always kept me informed and on top of everything. Responded to my emails and voice messages promptly. Kept his words and was honest about all the cost of refinancing my mortgage. I was able to close my loan within the time frame that was initially promised and I only paid what was estimated from the very beginning so there was NO hidden and unforeseen costs.
