I seem to be able to contact Joshua either through e-mail or phone and will get a response one way or another and I live in California. It really helps when you have someone that can help you or is able to direct you to the right place. Thanks again Joshua for all your help.

After pre-approval loan drug out, and had to change purchase price several times. Was unable to use equity from trade in of my previous home or the 100,000 dollars that I pad down. Now I'm having to pay mortgage insurance on my new home costing me extra 100.00 per month.

Scott did and amazing job. He was thorough and followed up on our numerous requests in a timely fashion. We recently recommended both Scott and Rocket Mortgage to some friends who are in the early stages of the home buying process.
