Ryan was superb throughout the entire loan process. Courteous, prompt and professional are just some of the words that describe Ryan. I Cannot express how happy, and luck we were to have him assist us throughout the entire process. He is a consummate professional at what he does and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thank You, Ryan!

Anand was very helpful in explaining the process to us, as first time homebuyers. He explained a lot of the ins and outs, even before we decided to choose Rocket Mortgage. Once we put in an offer, the process was much easier than expected.

Michael is the best! We were turned down by another lender and Michael got us approved through Rocket Mortgage.

I have work with Tom twice now with my refinance. He was incredibly efficient, super friendly and really worked with me to accomplish my goals (cash out, reduced rate) each time. I would highly recommend him to any looking for a refinance!

Amanda was awesome through the whole process. Which started months before with a conversation and steps on improving my credit. She laid out everything that I needed to do, then monthly we'd check my progress. When she felt I was ready she was awesome in getting everything going for me, she was there 24/7 I could call her at home on the weekends, whatever I needed she provided, if only just being my cheerleader. When things were going badly with an appraiser, Amanda dropped everything she was doing to spearhead the loan for me, this was way after I was already passed off to someone else. The best thing she did for me, was keep me calm and assured and I KNOW that she truly cared for me as a person, not just a number or a commission. I can't thank you enough Amanda, Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have you - I was lucky too.Read MoreRead Less
