Peter was helpful when I needed it and didn't bother me when I didn't. As the home was new construction he would check in about one a month to make sure I was doing good, see where we were in the building process, and let me know if there was anything he needed from me. He was friendly, straightforward, and along with Isaac it was an easy process.

I first spoke with Frank a year ago about refinancing my mortgage. I needed to get rid of a home equity loan first so it just was not the right time for us refinance. A year had passed and i got rid of the HELOC so i called Frank. I told him this was my home for life and i wanted to pay it off before i retire. He told me to give him a few minutes and he called me back with a deal that shaved ...I first spoke with Frank a year ago about refinancing my mortgage. I needed to get rid of a home equity loan first so it just was not the right time for us refinance. A year had passed and i got rid of the HELOC so i called Frank. I told him this was my home for life and i wanted to pay it off before i retire. He told me to give him a few minutes and he called me back with a deal that shaved off almost two and a half points off of my existing mortgage, which was 5.37% at the time. We got the mortgage refinanced so quick that we were able to skip two mortgage payments. Thank you Frank for your time and effort.
