Lisa was professional, conscientious and very helpful throughout the process of refinancing. Our refinance was frustrating at times but never because of Lisa - she was the one positive experience we had with Rocket Mortgage. If not for Lisa I would give the lowest possible rating to Rocket Mortgage in terms of customer service, communication, and overall ability.

Matt was very helpful in the refi of our home loan. This is the second time we financed through Rocket Mortgage. I would definitely recommend Matt to anyone who wants to do a home mortgage.
