Very friendly and responsive. Michael was great. We chose Rocket Mortgage over other competitors largely based on Michael.

From the moment Jessa called me I felt a sense of honesty. I was nervous about working with someone based on past experiences, but Jessa was informative, and she allowed me to ask the most minute questions, which she had the knowledge to answer. The initial experience was already very smooth as Stefan patiently explained the whole process efficiently. He even went to the extent of explaining some stumbles that nay occur in the process so we don't get false expectations in case those come our way. Even after his part in the process was through and the processing went to another department, he was always there available to consult and ever ready to assist with any questions we had and would go and help us out to verify any answers for us if it was not in his domain. We applaud the efficiency of Rocket Mortgage's mortgage processing. The ease , transparency, cost and speed was excellent. We will not hesitate to recommend Rocket Mortgage to anybody thinking of acquiring or refinancing their mortgage. And of course Rocket Mortgage would not be where they are now if not for their excellent staff .Read MoreRead Less
