I appreciate not only Sandra but other individuals at Rocket Mortgage who have made refinancing bearable. This is the 3rd time we've used this firm to refinance and each time the process seems to get easier. If I could change the name of this firm from Rocket Mortgage, I would change it to quick and easy, because that's exactly what it is. We put him to the test to have our closing pushed up a week and he came through in a big way. I am very grateful for Oneals hard work and long hours he puts in to be available after hours, and taking such ownership in his job. Almost 2 years ago we did a refi thru Stalin and every step along the way Stalin helped us and answered all our questions and made this cumbersome process effortless.
