Gwyneth could not have done any better for me. I'd never been through the refi process before and it felt like Gwyneth was in the room with me, answering questions, pointing out details, answering the some of the same questions again. When I had to postpone due to medical surprises, Gwyneth was responsive and understanding. I never felt pressured or that I was causing an inconvenience.
