Chris was a pleasure to work with. We always felt that our case was important to him and that he would do whatever he could to help. He was always supportive and completely understood our concerns. Dustin was great during the entire process! Any questions we needed answered, he got back with us promptly, and he never made us feel like we were being a burden. It had been 10 years since we bought our last home, and the process as a whole felt a bit daunting, but Dustin really helped to smooth things out, and eliminate any worries we had. I would highly recommend him to anyone

From our very first conversation, I was tremendously impressed by Marcello. He listened carefully as I explained my situation, then suggested a loan term and interest rate that worked for me. Once I decided to go forward, all my communication with Marcello was prompt, professional, courteous, and helpful. He was always friendly and always made me feel he had my best interests at heart. He listened carefully as I explained my situation, then suggested a loan term and interest rate that worked for me. Once I decided to go forward, all my communication with Marcello was prompt, professional, courteous, and helpful. He was always friendly and always made me feel he had my best interests at heart. Working with Marcello, and with Rocket Mortgage, was an experience that far surpassed my dealings with other mortgage companies with which I have done business. Marcello was always available to answer questions and to make sure the process was running smoothly. He definitely earned five stars from me! Read MoreRead Less
